During an interview with Oyinmomo TV, Nollywood actress Azeezat Shorunmu shared her experience about actors demanding to have an affair with actresses before giving them movie roles, stating why actors haven’t been able to be in a relationship with her till this moment.
In a video that was posted on the official YouTube channel of Oyinmomo TV on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, she made it known that no actor can boast of being in a relationship with her up until this moment in the movie industry, saying that her film making skills have helped her become a successful actress without needing to be in a relationship with any actor.
In her statement, she said, “I started making money immediately I got into the movie industry, and my film making skills also helped me a lot; that’s why I have never slept with any actor in the movie industry. The person I’m currently dating isn’t an actor, but he knows some actors in the movie industry, and he knows that I’m a good woman, that’s why he wants to marry me. I didn’t meet my boyfriend in the movie industry, but people got to know about our relationship when he started moving with a popular actor. Up till this moment, no actor can ever boast of having sex with me in the movie industry. I have everything to succeed as an actress, so it’s difficult for any actor to entice me with anything, and I’m satisfied with what I have.”
