“Palmer Raves About Chelsea’s Two New Signings: ‘So Good’”

Chelsea star Cole Palmer is very happy with the club’s new signings. He says Joao Pedro and Liam Delap are already looking like great players for the team.

Palmer believes Chelsea should be winning trophies this season under manager Enzo Maresca. Last season, Maresca helped the Blues qualify for the Champions League, win the Conference League against Real Betis, and even beat PSG to lift the Club World Cup.

Because of those big wins, Palmer feels the pressure is now higher.

“The way the club is moving, everyone is excited. We should be winning trophies,” Palmer told NBC Sports.

Palmer praised new striker Joao Pedro, who joined from Brighton for £60m.

“He’s so good, man. I love playing with him. Even in training we just connect well. To see it in real games is amazing,” Palmer said.

He also backed Liam Delap, who signed from Ipswich Town for £30m.

“He’s different… more old-school. He’s fast, aggressive, runs behind defenders, and he’s one of the best finishers I’ve seen. He’ll give defenders a tough time,” Palmer added.

Palmer hopes Pedro and Delap will score many goals together this season.

Chelsea started their Premier League campaign with a 0-0 draw against Crystal Palace. Next, they face two tough London derbies against West Ham and Fulham later this month.
