The family of Afrobeats superstar, Asake has broken silence on the ongoing controversy surrounding the singer and his father, Fatai Odunsin, issuing an appeal.

Notably, Asake has been in the headlines after a video surfaced showing his father appealing for financial assistance, amid battle with stroke.

However, Asake responded in a video posted on TikTok, fueling the controversy.

In a recent development, the singer’s family has broken silence, accusing him of neglecting his babymama and daughter, Zinat.

The family urged Asake to be accountable for his father’s wellbeing and expressed readiness to undergo a DNA test on his 11-year-old daughter, Zinat.
