Danboskid, a contestant on Big Brother Naija Season 10, was the first person to leave the show. He thinks one big reason he was sent home so quickly is because of his name change.
His real name is Daniel Olatunji, and he’s a 25-year-old businessman from Ekiti State. Before going into the BBNaija house, he wanted to use a name that matched his social media accounts so fans could easily find and support him. But the show organizers said no because someone else was already using that name.
So, Daniel changed his name to Danboskid. But this new name was not the one his fans knew. Because of that, many people watching the show didn’t recognize him or support him as much.
He told Arise TV’s 360 Chats that this made it harder for fans to connect with him, and it might be why he was evicted so soon.
