Governor Monday Okpebholo of Edo State has given a new job to Munirat Antoinette Lecky, who is also known as Anto Lecky. She will now work as his Senior Special Assistant on Tourism and Creative Economy.
This new role started on June 23, 2025. The news was shared in a letter signed by Umar Musa Ikhilor, the Secretary to the State Government. The letter said the Governor has officially approved her appointment and congratulated her.
Anto Lecky became popular when she was a semi-finalist on Big Brother Naija Double Wahala Season, one of Africa’s most watched reality shows.
Since then, she has worked in creative jobs, media, and managing projects. Before this new appointment, she was the Arts and Special Projects Lead at ElectHER, a group that helps women get involved in government.
She also worked as the Special Assistant on Digital and New Media to the Minister of Steel Development, Prince Shuaibu Audu.
