“Suspended But Still Grinding: Mudryk Turns Fitness Coach at Chelsea”

Even though he’s not allowed to play football right now, Mykhailo Mudryk is still making moves at Chelsea — this time as a fitness helper for his teammates!

The Ukrainian winger has been out since December 2024 after he failed a drug test. In June 2025, he was officially charged for using a banned substance called meldonium, and he could be banned from football for up to four years.

But that hasn’t stopped Mudryk from staying active.

Even though he can’t train with the team, Mudryk has been seen around Chelsea’s training ground in Cobham, helping some of his teammates stay fit. According to Tribune, he’s been working with Romeo Lavia, Marc Cucurella, and new signing Jamie Gittens, creating special fitness routines just for them.

Rising Brazilian star Estevão Williams is also thinking of joining Mudryk’s sessions soon.

While many fans like what he’s doing, others have joked online that he’s “keeping the supplements to himself” — a cheeky nod to the reason behind his suspension.
