Radio personality, Oriyomi Hamzat has shared details about the father of late WAEC student, Kehinde Alade, revealing why he’s yet to remarry.
Recall that Kehinde Alade tragically passed away following a stray bullet fired by a police officer in Ibadan, Oyo State.
The tragic incident occurred on May 20, 2025, while Kehinde Alade, the student, was enroute to an exam center.
However, the Oyo State government has launched an investigation into the incident.
During a press conference, Oriyomi Hamzat revealed that on the tragic day, he met with the father of the late WAEC student.
According to Oriyomi Hamzat, the father of the late WAEC student revealed that his son’s mother abandoned him nine years ago and.
As a result, he has been solely responsible for their upbringing, which is why he remains unmarried.
Furthermore, Oriyomi Hamzat queried the whereabouts of the Kehinde Alade’s mother, prior to the tragic incident.
Oriyomi Hamzat stated that if she was present in the car, the tragic incident might not have occurred, and could have cautioned him against reckless driving.
