Old Trafford Turmoil: Five United Players Hand In Exit Requests

Manchester United are facing big changes as five of their top players have told the club they want to leave before the new season starts.
The players are Marcus Rashford, Alejandro Garnacho, Jadon Sancho, Antony, and Tyrell Malacia. Reports say they have all asked to leave, just as new manager Ruben Amorim is getting ready to rebuild the team.
This surprise move is a big blow to United’s pre-season plans, which were supposed to kick off next week.
Rashford, 27, is hoping to join Spanish giants Barcelona. He prefers moving abroad instead of staying in England.
Sancho is already talking with Juventus. The Italian club wants to sign him permanently after his loan time at Chelsea. Manchester United want about £25 million for him.
Antony spent last season on loan at Real Betis, and they want him back. But money issues may stop the deal. Two other clubs, Como from Italy and Bayer Leverkusen from Germany, are also showing interest.
Garnacho’s future is still unclear. Chelsea are watching him closely. The 21-year-old didn’t play much at the end of last season and was even left out of the Europa League final, raising doubts about his place in the team.
Malacia has had many injuries since joining United. He now wants to leave to get more playing time somewhere else.
The club has given all five players extra time off and they won’t be part of the team’s training at the start of pre-season. However, United will still offer them medical care and online support. If any of them stay after the transfer window closes, they will be welcomed back into the team.
Meanwhile, new signing Matheus Cunha will join pre-season training on time and is expected to be on the club’s tour of the United States.
