Popular Nollywood actress, Anita Joseph Olagunju has stood up for Nigerian music star Davido after some people started criticizing him for flying in his father’s private jet.
Gistmilinaija learned that Anita wasn’t happy with the way some people were talking about Davido. She said their behavior is nothing but “witchcraft” and asked why they are angry that he’s using his own family’s jet.
Anita said people should mind their business and stop hating on Davido’s blessings. In her words, she wrote:
Davido dey fly him papa jet, una dey vex? This is pure witchcraft, I swear! Let people live their lives, jezzzz. You can’t be broke and still a witch!”
She made it clear that it’s not fair for people to hate on someone just because he’s enjoying what his family worked hard for.
Meanwhile, Davido has also replied to those dragging him online. He said flying his father’s private jet is his birthright. He shared a post on X (formerly Twitter), saying he was born into wealth and he’s not ashamed of it.
The singer, whose dad is billionaire Adedeji Adeleke even joked that in his next life, he would come back as a vulcaniser – just to mock those who are always angry about his rich lifestyle.
Davido has made it clear: he’s living his life, and he’s not letting the hate stop him.
