PSG Furious With France After Dembele Injury Scare Before Barcelona Duel

Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) have a big problem as two of their key players, Ousmane Dembele and Desire Doue, are injured just before their Champions League games.
Dembele got a muscle injury while playing for France and will miss about six weeks. This means he cannot play when PSG face Barcelona in October. That match was special because Dembele and coach Luis Enrique were supposed to face their old club.
Doue also got hurt with a knee problem while playing for France against Ukraine. He will miss PSG’s first game against Atalanta on September 17 and might only return shortly before the Barcelona clash.
PSG are very angry with the French Football Federation (FFF). They wrote a letter to the FFF president, saying France did not take proper care of the players. PSG said France forced Dembele and Lucas Hernandez to play even when they were not fit.
According to PSG, this puts players’ health in danger and damages trust between clubs and national teams. The club has now asked for a clear medical rule to stop this from happening again.
PSG start their Champions League title defence on September 17 against Atalanta. After that, they will also face Chelsea and Barcelona in the group stage.
